Greetings! I’m Devin, a creative problem solver, strategic thinker, and people-first professional with over a decade of experience across tech, customer support leadership, website consulting, and community building.

I spent more than 8 years leading customer experience and product support teams in fast-paced tech environments, where I specialized in process optimization, escalations management, and scaling high-performing teams. As a former athlete and coach, I bring a leadership style rooted in empathy, collaboration, and authenticity.

Now, I help entrepreneurs, artists, and small businesses build intentional, user-friendly websites that reflect their brand, connect with their audience, and support growth. From strategy to content structure, I bring both technical know-how and creative insight to every project.
